2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our documentary film is available on DVD for $14.95 plus applicable shipping fees. We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All payments must be made at the time of order placement. We accept credit card payments only.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. Shipping typically takes up to one week for delivery. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs.

5. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We do not guarantee that the DVD will play on all devices. However, we offer a full refund if the DVD does not work, provided that:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • You return the DVD to us in its original packaging

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The documentary film is owned and distributed by TeleStory Pictures, LLC, and was produced by New York Miracle Film, LLC. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TeleStory Pictures, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

7. STREAMING AVAILABILITY

Our documentary will be available on Amazon Prime streaming services. The availability date, pricing, and access terms on Amazon Prime are subject to change and are governed by Amazon's terms of service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleStory Pictures, LLC and New York Miracle Film, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or the documentary film.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date.
